Making rigs in photoshop become low quality in adobe animate

I made whole body, and body parts so I could rig them in adobe animate, but when I load the PSD file into animate the edges of lines become very pixelated, lines become jagged, and colors from other parts of the rig go onto other body parts. Is there a good way to import rigs into adobe animate without the quality dropping so much?

This issue with the PSD importer in Animate has been discussed multiple times on the Adobe forums. (You can search there for similar threads.)

Instead of using PSD, export your layers to PNGs with alpha and they will import well.

Also, if you are intending to use Smart Magnet Rigs, you will need to mask each body part inside its own symbol for proper click-detection, regardless of the alpha.
