I am not able to animate the character in the next frame. [Animate 15-19 bug. Solved.]

I am using animate cc19 and i have done the rig with the tool but right now i am not able to animate the character in the next frame.
closed with the note: Relevant information in the answer link. Has been asked many times. Obsolete.

Either update to Animate 21 or you must use Convert to Keyframe Advanced as Animate 19.0 and 19.1 have a serious bug.
